I am an experienced creative learning producer / project manager and facilitator, with a background in pedagogy, disability arts, eco-somatics, and community engagement.

I have initiated and managed multidisciplinary programmes for organisations such as Theatre Royal Stratford East and Revoluton Arts, revolving around young people, older adults, underserved communities at risk of cultural exclusion, and artist development. I have directed and taught at drama schools such as East 15 Acting School, the BRIT School, and Identity School of Acting, and have worked with tertiary institutions such as the University of Cambridge. Facilitating access-led experiences and training is a process I am familiar with, having managed relaxed, BSL-interpreted, audio-described, and creative-captioned performances for commercial theatre.

Some of the content I have delivered include devising and improvisation, the aesthetics of access / inclusion, psychophysical methodologies such as Biomechanics and Laban, writing for performance, interdisciplinary collaboration, and ecodramaturgy. I believe in responding to individual learning styles — adapting my support to best empower the people I am working with, and their unique creative voices. I am an advocate for ecological reconnection, mental wellbeing, and communal dreaming — these ideas are firmly embedded in my process.
